Seeing What You Can't See in Yourself
~ Don’t keep going.
~ Don't muscle through it.
~ Don’t keep hustling... because you don’t actually "got this".
You might be thinking... When did you get to be the voice of doom and gloom, Lisa?!? I thought you were all about the Upside?!?
Hear me out... as it's gonna be a doozy.
If you’re struggling... there just may be a reason.
And that reason is probably something you can't see right now... a literal blind spot in your life or business.
This means you’re either asking the wrong questions...
.... and drawing the wrong conclusions…
... which will have you waste your time, energy, and money...
... or, you're not willing to see what's going on right in front of your eyes.
Or perhaps both. Pushing harder will be wasted effort. Because you'll be exerting energy in the wrong direction or on the wrong things.
And if you’re REALLY struggling…
... it's not necessarily because you haven’t tried hard enough...
... or that you're not smart enough...
... or that you're failing in some way...
... or that you're lazy...
... or don't really care enough.
There's no "cruel punishment" or a secret test from the universe to see how badly you want to succeed.
Right now, there’s simply something you can't see on your own. Period. Because you're too close to it, or it's not in your particular field of vision-- metaphorically or otherwise.
Hard work allows you to produce incredible results... and it is not the cure for situational blindness.
Honor your Divine mission and purpose by... calling in an expert...
someone who sees what you cannot yet see for yourself...
ACTION: The Upside Challenge for the week is to be curious about blind spots. Notice if there are areas of futile effort where "more" isn't working.
Reach out to an expert or someone with fresh perspective.
Listen to what they observe. Learn.
Take informed action (even if that is to learn more).
Do it because the world needs you and your brilliance...
...... now more than ever.
