Not everyone is meant to go where you’re going or understand your path.
If you've got a big mission then likely you'll have well-meaning folks along the way dump their opinions, concerns, and fears on you.
Over 18 years ago, I traded in a steady paycheck for the uncertainty of owning a business.
A few people in my family questioned my decision, concerned I wouldn't be able to pay my bills or eat and there were a few times over the years where I questioned my own abilities.
Yet, giving up on me never felt like a viable option in either situation.
If you are taking action on your Divine mission, purpose and calling ...
... you'll likely be confronted by people who don’t get it ...
... because your success makes them uncomfortable.
Yep.
You read that right.
Success makes a lot of people uncomfortable.
Yet your success will inspire the right people.
That's where your precious minutes belong.
Invest your time with those who get you and want to see you win.
Be willing to say goodbye to the folks who don't get your bigger purpose and calling.
And find a private mentor or a coach.
Look for someone who is a truth teller, who will guide and inspire you along the way.
Pick someone the same, yet different from you ... similar in what they value -- and different in their expansive thinking.
This has made all the difference for me.
Finally, listen to what your God-voice (at least that's what call it) is telling you ...
... as it's the voice of your inner wisdom ...
... and it will always lead you to the right experiences.
ACTION: The Upside Challenge of the week is to practice listening to your "God-voice" or inner wisdom.
What is it telling you? Journal about it or write it out in some way.
Notice if others create doubt in you or share opinions that make you question your inner wisdom.
If you get confused or succumb to doubt, reach out to a truth teller or trusted person who is committed to your whole well-being.
Remember the world needs you and your brilliance now more than ever.
