When people come to me wanting to get clear on their purpose and tap into the Divine Operating System, they often have a vision that their life will change overnight, believing access to what has felt elusive will allow them to live the life they’ve always wanted.
Your purpose simply allows you to remember who you are – on a soul level.
When you recognize your true self and the purpose you were divinely made for, you are better able to honor your gifts, abilities, talents, and genius so you move through your life with less strain.
You will attract opportunities that are miraculous.
What most people don’t get is that this new way of being doesn't mean your life will get easy in an instant.
Nor does it mean it comes as one big download with the yellow brick road all laid out neatly for you.
The experience of living "on purpose" deepens layer by layer … and more is revealed over time.
There are ways to shortcut the process by having a guide which is where I come in.
Clarity does not magically remove all doubt or difficulty.
Look, I don’t like to be uncomfortable and neither do any of my clients.
When you do this work, it can be challenging, messy, and sometimes it downright sucks.
When the stakes are high -- it's daunting. If you're at a pivot point or about to take on something huge, the fear of losing what you have worked so hard for is confronting to say the least.
It's the reason most people only take action when the thought of staying where they are is more painful than making a change.
Read that again.
Inspired action always produces better ROI.
See, some people actually think they will somehow be magically transformed into a being that can fly past any struggles.
What I’ve learned is the tests and trials get greater, which is why it takes massive amounts of COURAGE to do this type of leadership work ... and it’s only for the strongest, most incredibly brave Upside Warriors of the Light.
Courageous leaders that are worth following are hard to come by.
And if you're thinking about taking this journey ... let's talk.
Fear doesn't ever go away. If you are a courageous leader, you just get better equipped to deal with it. You grow into a bigger version of yourself.
ACTION: The Upside Challenge for the week is to take the time to return to your vision and purpose.
Are you on your path?
Are you avoiding a challenge or an important action?
What resources and skills do you need to do what you need to do?
Don't back away. It's important.
