Wanna ACHIEVE MORE without working even harder?
Use LEVERAGE.
The definition of leverage is to tap into something for its maximum advantage.
-->> You can do it with your TIME…
… by working on tasks that give you the greatest results so you become more operationally effective.
I do this by narrowing my focus to the things I do best (and that others can't do for me), and through delegation of what I don't do efficiently. I also build my schedule very intentionally-- conscious of how I use my time on what I am most committed to, and I am unwilling to give it away because it is valuable.
-->> You can leverage your MONEY…
…by using it to invest in things that pay big dividends, be it stocks, real estate, businesses, etc.
You can also take some of your resources that aren't liquid (cash) assets, convert them to be liquid, and use that money to make other investments. For example, I own land that I log and take money from that and use it for other investments.
Or, you can use leverage by WORKING WITH OTHERS, so you’re not doing all of the heavy lifting.
This requires you discover the right people to have around you that can see what you can't and do what you can't or is hard for you. Who you choose matters.
It’s too hard to see your own blind spots in these 3 leverage points.
While I’ve coached and trained over 100,000 leader on 4 continents, and
been internationally recognized for my leadership work --
- I still can't see my own stuff.
While I can see the pitfalls and opportunities for clients, it’s harder for me to see what is getting in the way of what I want.
This is why I surround myself with people who are smarter than I am –
- in all areas of my life.
I have a financial mentor, spiritual advisor, leadership coach, and wellness consultant on my team.
And I've invited them to be part of the groups I’m in.
No matter who you are…
…you often can’t see things when you’re too close to them.
So where are you doing too much of the heavy lifting right now?
Where could use the power of LEVERAGE?
