You’re far too smart to be standing in your own way.
When people say they’re Stuck what they’re real-l-ly saying is that they’re MORE COMMITTED to DOING SOMETHING that DOESN'T WORK than changing.
Read that again.
Oh how I understand this because I’ve been there, unwilling to be honest about how I was getting in my own way.
And that was what was going on with my client Allie.
What she had been doing served her well for years … until it didn't.
And then her actions started getting in the way of her health, happiness, and success.
Maybe you understand this, too.
Yet, Allie wasn't sure how to make a sustainable change to get what she wanted on her own, so that’s where I came in.
My Upside Retreats and leadership coaching programs aren’t for people who want to stay where they are.
☆ Or, for people who want lukewarm results.
☆ Or, for people who only want to talk about hard business tactics.
☆ Or, for people who want to pay money ...
... and think results magically show up with minimal work.
My programming is designed for successful leaders, like Allie, who are willing to put time, energy, and effort into my proven system to create IMPACT and make a positive difference on the planet.
Allie wanted more ... and was tired.
She came to me wanting to fully tap into her God-given mission, purpose, and calling.
And, that REQUIRED heaps of courage and a willingness to GO ALL IN – Mind, Body, and Spirit.
So what did we do?
We worked on...
~ Getting clear on her mission.
~ Getting clear on her values.
~ Getting clear on her vision.
~ Creating a plan around her 3 commitments.
~ Identifying her non-negotiables.
~ Building an effective action plan in 7 areas of well-being.
~ Outlining her connection plan or 10 – 10 – 10 list.
~ Mapping out her social media strategy.
~ Outlining her 5-5-5 morning routine -- and 5-5-5 evening routine.
~ Teaching her how to position her expertise.
~ Crafting her quarterly plan.
~ Keeping her focus on the 7 Pillars of Leadership.
~ All of this… and more ...
Today Allie is thriving.
She no longer questions her value or gets caught up in what everyone else around her is doing.
I feel sometimes that’s the hardest part of the leadership journey.
She was nominated for Business Woman of the Year in her community and has created lasting impact for generations to come.

ACTION: The Upside Challenge of the week is to do an inventory on your time.
Examine your morning and evening routines.
Are you taking intentional action based on the kind of leader you’re wanting to be in the world? Or are there places where you’ve gotten comfortable and lax in your schedule?
As you reassess, remember you have a divine mission that’s all yours to fulfill.
And, the world needs you and your brilliance.
Now more than ever.
