If I wrote this week’s Upside Thought on a $100 bill, rolled it up and placed it into a glass bottle, and dropped it into the ocean, when you found it you would be in awe.
You would probably think, “Wow!”
While I don’t have that luxury to get your attention, I’d like for you to envision today’s message arriving as if it were coming to you with the specialness of being delivered in that bottle.
The message: Change Your Thinking to Change Your Life.
And, maybe it’s something you’ve even said before, and there is INCREDIBLE power and wisdom beyond those words.
Everything in life is energy.
- Are you sabotaging yourself by allowing old stories to rob you of your power?
you lettingthe not-so-Upside thoughts that reside in your subconscious stop youfrom creating the life you deserve?
You can do this consciously or unconsciously.
For example, when you’ve said you want your health to be a priority but you fail to honor your commitment to eat healthy or exercise, that’s sabotage.
When you continue to make clearing the clutter an item on your to-do list and you never choose to organize, that’s sabotage.
Any message that sabotages your success is something that gets in the way of what you want to achieve.
Gandhi once said, “Your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values, your values become your destiny.”
When you Change Your Thinking, You Change Your Life.
The Upside Challenge of the week is to pay attention to your thoughts and the words you speak aloud. Where do you need to make a shift?
People follow the person first, then their great plan.
