Focusing on me.
Doubling down on all 7 Areas of Well Being.
Sitting in the quiet uncertainty.
Believing God will use the fire and floods (literally) for His greatest good.
Yes, my life looks different than I ever imagined at 53 …
… and it’s better than I could have planned.
That’s the thing about God.
He gives you the next turn …nnot the whole map.
Because if you knew the totality of what you were going to come up against …
… you'd probably default on your promise to stay the course, as it would be too much to imagine you could bear.
And it is … if you try to rely solely on your own strength.
Now, this is not a religious post.
I’m simply sharing what I’ve seen as I’ve been studying leadership for the length of time I’ve been on the planet.
Wherever you are on your journey …
… You Are Going To Make It.
He didn’t bring you this far to have you crash and burn.
And you’re not going to bare-knuckle fight and crawl into the next chapter ahead either.
You’re going to RISE so tall ...
... that the people around you are going to look at you with awe and wonder ...
… seeing the miracle that was just performed in front of their very eyes.
That’s the power of God’s goodness.
That’s the power of honoring your Divine mission, purpose, and calling.
That’s the power of choosing to use your gifts fully to make a positive difference in the world.
So stay the course.
You’ve got this.
And I’m here cheering you on.
That’s putting leadership into action.
ACTION: The Upside Challenge of the week is to lean into faith.
Faith is “complete trust or confidence in someone or something.”
Lean into faith in that which is greater and more powerful that you ... and lean into the faith that you are strong enough to handle whatever comes your way.
Put faith in action.
Moment by moment.
One step at a time.
