Before you arrive, you get to participate in an online pre-retreat session questionnaire to ensure you maximize our time together.
- You spend two (2) days cultivating partnerships and expanding your leadership presence - and get to put it together in a plan of action. The focus is on what you personally need to move forward as the agenda is customized and tailored for vou. While you may not be able to see what that is, past attendees can tell you that I do – and will walk beside you to get to the heart of the challenge.
- You then get to create a strategy that serves you as you create a life filled with happiness, success, and meaning around your work and not the other way around.

- At the end of the two (2) days, you get to share your biggest insight with the group and leave with clear next steps.
